SALOINHA with shrimp


Ingredients:
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 Maize can;
  • 100 grs Potato chips SALOINHA;
  • 50 grs bacon (low fat) chopped in cubes;
  • 200 grs de shrimp peeled;
  • 1 lemon juice spoon
  • Maionese at taste.



Preparation:

   Fry or steam the shrimp. Put the maize in a dish with, the bacon chopped, the shrimp fryed or steamed and the potato chip. Season with lemon and put maionese at your taste. Mix all and serve.
SALOINHA with creamed codfish

 
Ingredients:Bacalhau à Gomes Sá
  • 4 pieces of codfish;
  • 6 dl of milk;
  • 1 onion cutted in slices;
  • Olive-oil;
  • 1 kg potato sticks SALOINHA;
  • Nutmeg;
  • 2 dl of cream;
  • Cheese grated;
  • Salt q.b.;
  • Pepper q. b.

Preparation:


    Steam the pieces of codfish in milk. Chop the onion in thin slices and fry with olive-oil until it's soft and transparent. Drain the water of the codfish and sred in tiny pieces put with the onion. Let it fry slowly. Dredge, stir and put some milk over it. Stir it once in a while.
    Put the potato chip in milk. drain the potatoes and put in the codfish. Put some salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put all in a dish and put it on the oven, spread with cream and put some grated cheese. Let it stay on the oven until it is done. Serve with a fresh tomato and lettuce salad.



SALOINHA with chicken


Ingredients:
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 alface;
  • Half maize can;
  • chicken strips;
  • Potato sticks SALOINHA;


Preparation:

   Mince the carrots and the tomatoes in thin slices and mix with the chicken, maize, lettuce and potato chips. Join some sauce after.
    The sauce is prepared the following way: 6 tablespoons of maionese, 3 tablespoons of mustard, 3 tablespoon of ketchup and chopped parsley.
SALOINHA with turkey
 

Ingredients:Bacalhau à Gomes Sá
  • 800 grs turkey in thin slices; 
  • 2 tablespoon of mustard;
  • 1 package of onion creme;
  • 1 package of 170 grs french fry SALOINHA;
  • rice to follow;



Preparation:


    In a dish put some steaks of turkey at the bottom and spread mustard, cream and garnish with onion cream. Cover it with creams and put it at a medium heat on the oven aprooximately 45 minutes until ready.
    When served cover with SALOINHA potato chip.
